HogarCheck
We will conduct both internal and external visual review of the property to identify any existing or potential issues and communicate them to you as quickly as possible.
Any appliances connected to the electrical grid and in use, such as refrigerators, freezers, and others, will be checked during each checkup. We will also verify that circuit breakers are in their correct positions; otherwise, they could impact the operation of security cameras, refrigerators, and more.
After each checkup, we will send you reports, photos, and/or videos of any issues found on your property via email.
We offer regular mail collection to prevent an accumulation of correspondence in your mailbox. Additionally, upon request, we will scan and digitalize your mail and send it to you via email after each property check.
All faucets (both hot and cold water) will be run for a few minutes weekly to prevent stagnant water in pipes and faucets, which can become a breeding ground for bacteria that cause various diseases. This also prevents seals from drying out and cracking, which could lead to leaks. In doing so, we keep drains moist, reducing bad odors caused by sewer gases.
To ensure that all doors, windows, and similar elements are completely sealed, we will conduct an assessment using the necessary tools and techniques. Our goal is to ensure these elements perform their function effectively, avoiding unnecessary energy loss.
